Profile

We established a common base style for Manfrotto product logos, thus ensuring that the product name and identity didn't cause confusion with the Manfrotto trademark and logo, also present on all products. Individual products needed names and logos rather than code numbers in order to be more memorable, but the risk that a product name would be misinterpreted as the manufacturer name had to be avoided at all costs... hence a unifying style, font and elements were adopted, with colours taken only from the Manfrotto corporate colourscheme. We also defined how product logos would be given weight on advertising and promotional material, but placed less prominently on products themselves.
