Website design and build for TV production company specialising in documentary and factual programming. Homepage, showreel, programme information for completed projects (with large videoclips) and those in production, personnel and contact information. All content manageable by client.
Process
Our design was conceived to maximise the impact of Furnace's videoclips, hence the choice of a dark ground colour, and a layout that echoes the clips' 16:9 letterbox format. The site is an installation of WordPress, but we wrote a new module allowing the management of more complex data types than this open-source CMS can usually handle (in this case, for the Programmes and People sections).
